 Hi, I'm Michael Summers

I love helping people improve their quality of life using evidence-based strategies from Neuroscience, Behavior Science, and Sleep Science.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have been in the fields of mental health, behavior, and neurobehavioral intervention for a decade. I am a nerd about sleep and finding strategies that are least-invasive, stress-reducing, and effective.


I believe improving sleep is all about individual values. There is a way to improve your sleep whether you enjoy hanging out in your bed or work night shifts. Making a personalized sleep plan is how I apply the science to your specific situation to come up with something that works for you.
